Band Booster Positions

President

Oversees all booster operations and acts as the primary liaison between parents, board members, and the Band Directors.

Presides over all monthly booster meetings and ensures the organization complies with its bylaws.

President-Elect

Assists/Shadows the Band President and helps with various organizational aspects of management.

Assists the President and fills in to run meetings or execute duties when the President is unavailable.

Treasurer

Manages the organization's finances, including budgeting, bank accounts, tax filings, and ledgers.

Processes all payments, collections, and financial reimbursements while providing monthly financial reports to the board.

Secretary

Records and distributes meeting minutes for all general and executive board meetings.

Manages official booster correspondence, maintains attendance records, and archives important organization documents.

VP of Procurement

Manages the inventory, fitting, distribution, and cleaning of all marching and concert uniforms.

Coordinates the ordering and distribution of spirit wear and mandatory member gear like show uniforms, shoes, and water bottles.

Uniforms & Merchandise

VP of Fundraising

Plans, organizes, and executes all fundraising campaigns and corporate sponsorship drives throughout the year.

Tracks fundraising participation and coordinates with the Treasurer to ensure funds are accurately credited.

Events & Sponsors

VP of Operations

Ensures student health, hydration, and safety at all rehearsals, football games, and competitions.

Manages the parent volunteers for water stations and maintains fully stocked first aid kits for travel.

Water & First Aid

VP of Equipment

Coordinates the transportation and logistics of instruments, field props, and uniform racks to away events.

Oversees the loading/unloading of trailers, fleet maintenance, and the construction of on-field performance props.

Truck & Prop Crew

VP of Hospitality

Coordinates meals and refreshments for students, directors, and volunteers during long rehearsal days and competitions.

Plans social events like the end-of-year band banquet, senior night, and hospitality areas for visiting judges or bands.

Food & Events

VP of Color Guard

Serves as the dedicated liaison between the Color Guard instructors, parents, and the main booster board.

Manages guard-specific logistics, including ordering silks/flags, makeup, costuming, and coordinating winter guard activities.
