director Scott BurgenerMr. Scott Burgener is the Director of Bands at Mountain View High School. He has been a high school band director in Arizona since 1993, and has taught at Mountain View since 1999. He holds Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Instrumental Music Education from Arizona State University. Mr. Burgener has held various positions in the Arizona Band and Orchestra Director's Association (ABODA), including two years as the Vice-President for High School Band Activities, and one year as the Arizona State Festival Coordinator. He is currently serving as the Vice-President for High School Activities of the Arizona Music Educators' Association (AMEA). Mr. Burgener is a staff member of the Arizona Ambassadors of Music tour, a biannual tour comprised of band and choir students from Arizona.
