The Mountain View Color Guard made its debut with the Marching Band in 2001. This group of dedicated young individuals provides an exciting and dramatic visual impact to our Marching Band half-time performances using flags, dance, and other visual props.

Winterguard is a competitive activity similar to Color Guard. Members perform to recorded music using flags, rifles, and sabres on a gym court. It is a rapidly growing nationwide activity. Mountain View is pleased to be offering Winterguard this year.
