Toro Bands Shine at State Concert Festival

Congratulations to both of our concert groups for qualifying to perform at the State Concert Festival. The Symphonic Band received an Excellent Rating, and the Wind Ensemble received the rating of Superior with Distinction. We are very proud of our band students!

2008 Toro Marching Band Registration Forms

All students who are planning to join the 2008 Toro Marching Band will need to download the registration forms. Included with the forms is information about payment of band fees. If you have Microsoft Word, please download the Word version, and fill out the form ON YOUR COMPUTER, then print it and mail it in. If you do not have Word, please download the PDF version, print it, and fill it out by hand. Forms and payments must be received at Mountain View no later than May 22, 2008. You may mail your forms to the school office at the address above, or hand-deliver them to the office or the band room.

2008 Band Camp Dates Announced

All members of the Toro Marching Band are required to go to Band Camp. Next summer, our band camp will be held July 21 - 26. The location will be announced at a later date. The estimated cost of Band Camp is $350 per student. Arizona state tax credits may be used for Band Camp.
